"Da Vinci" Presented at the EMU Fall 2019-20 Graduation Ceremony

Designed and manufactured all domestic, the newest of electric vehicles coming from EVDC, Da Vinci made its debut at the Fall Graduation Ceremony. Da Vinci has attracted great interest and positive feedback from the visitors at the event. Soon it will be used on the university campus.

Da Vinci has a travel range of 100 km on one full charge, making it possible to go Famagusta - Nicosia direction for the cost of just 1 Turkish Lira.

The vehicle is a single-seater, designed and manufactured for the modern and comfortable driving experience goal for the passenger. "Da Vinci" is named after the painter, scientist, and engineer of the same name, Leonardo Da Vinci, who was much ahead of his time with his creativity and genius. It is the aim, to emphasize on the importance of creativity and thinking ahead in engineering, with this name chosen.

It should be noted that, Da Vinci is the product of intense work and devotion from EMU students of EVDC, and not a product for sale, not manufactured from a private company.

Visiting Şehit Zeki Salih Primary School

As the first science experiments day we performed as a team were welcomed with great interest, we went on to perform at another primary school.

We believe that every child is our future. We need to work hard to get them to grow into humans that think, question and are curious.

Thus, experiments focused on solar energy, magnetism, forces and many more. Z-Zero and Shark were also with us, attracting kids' attention, having them learning about electric vehicles.

The team, again, made great preparations and worked for the experiments to execute them successfully. EVDC thanks Mr. Yılmaz Erdelhan of Şehit Zeki Salih Primary School and EMU's help in making this event possible.

Team Ada Painting Playgrounds!

As Team Ada, we went to Yenierenköy Primary School near Karpasia to paint the school's playground. We have painted numerous games, that were aimed to improve their mathematical skills and encourage imagination, while also being fun.

Here are some photographs from that day:

A Day of Science and Fun!

As EVDC, we have visited Polatpaşa Primary School in Famagusta, doing science experiments for kids and getting them involved in while doing so.

Our aim was to get the children to ask more questions, to research and to be curious about the world around them. The experiments were of various topics, teaching about solar energy, magnetism and many more!

We also took our electromobiles, Z-Zero and Shark, to introduce kids electric vehicles. They have showed great attention towards the cars, asking many questions of interest and even wanting to buy them!

We thank Polatpaşa Primary School's Headmaster for inviting us, and our university and the rector for making this possible.

N.O.1 Displayed at CL Halls

In the near future our cars will all be C.A.S.E., Connected.Autonomous.Shared.Electric. EVDC's vision is to be the innovators and technology providers of this future. Having set up a 5-years-plan ahead in order to achieve SAE Level 3, EVDC presents N.O. 1 as the C.A.S.E. platform car. It is driverless, hence the name "noone". The very first of its kind, the vision belongs to Dr. Necdet Osam, our university Rector.
